Honda S2000 with supercharger - injector size?

Hi guys,


I have a supercharged S2000 (F20C) with now upgraded to 1 bar of boost (fromer 0.55 bar). It's an AP1 so 2000 ccm. I was running pretty fine with the 0.7 mm injector provided by the system 2D so far, even though the tune was never setup on water injection specifically. Now that I have almost twice the boost on normal 1:11 compression, I need my water and sometimes water/meth injection even more.

What size of injector should I use (I still have the 0.8 and 0.9mm)?

Secondly, at what kind of boost level do you recommend engaging the water injection?


All comments welcome, the car will go to an experienced tuner tomorrow who will do two specific maps, one with just water injected and one for the racetrack with water/meth running in 50/50% mixture.

Will post dyno here for everybody to follow how effective WI can be.

For supercharge engine the WI system should come on slightly earlier as the air coming out of the supercharge is really hot when the throttle is snapped open after a cruise.

I think 0.9mm jet should be used with the new boost level.
