With regard to the HFS-3 and/or HFS6

can one use the 806-155 to active injection based on a specific pressure?

if 806-155 is normally open and closes when desired pressure is reached can this be wired to the blue wire on grey harness for the MAP sensor?

therefore on HFS3
Move jumper to inject based on MPS
Adjust THRES ADJ trimmer all the way counter-clockwise.
When 806-155 closes it would trigger injection based on IDC.

can this work?
would 806-155 have to be wired to a 5V or 12V signal?

please advise...

thank you!

Sorry for the late reply.

Yes, the 806 155 can be used to activate either system but will require some circuit board modification.

A mecnhanical pressure switch is prone to aging. We have work around this problem by using the OE pressure signal.

On the HFS-3, you need to get a 5V signal internally and wire it to the switch. It will have to be "return to factory" modification.

Do you not have a map sensor on your car?

system is installed on a BMW with aftermarket turbo system.
Blowthrough MAF setup but does not use MAP sensor.

I saw your reply on bimmerforums as well.
