Hello everybody.I am new here and have a couple questions. I am only looking for some better fuel economy..It will be for a 2004 Ford Freestar, yea a minivan. LOL..will it work for the van? ..Will i have problems with the 02 sensors?...Any help at all would be appreciated..Thanks

Without to much mechanical modifictaion such as increasing the static compression ratio etc, more advanced timing and lean running is key to fuel economy. In either case, you need a more powerful igniton system to cope with above changes after water inejction is introduced.

Fuel efficiency can only be achieved by the three mentioned methods, there are no other scientific ways I can think of. I have heard of some claims of using HHO gas to interact with the molecular burn stucture of the fuel but not sure if it is proven.

Perhaps you should look into it and let me know.
