I want to make about 900 BHP on 94 octane gasoline. I am thinking of 30 psi boost and 6 X.4 nozzles from aqumist. The injector size is roughly 900 cc's on a 6 cyl 3.8 engine. Either controllerd from the 2d system with a map sensor or 2c run off the fifa controller. THe car is equiped with a large air/to air intercooler, Aftermarket ecu. Presently i can run about 19 lbs on 94 fuel with little detonation. IS this nozzle size correct or too much flow?

A few things you are going to want to consider.

Probably need to shoot for at least 650cc/min flow potential from your pump. One Aquamist pump would not be sufficient. Two Aquamist pumps or a single high flow/high pressure shurflo pump with a pressure accumulator or two would be a better match.

6 X 0.4 jets would work provided your pump could provide 5bar/75psi at the necessary flow rate of 650cc/min.

Definitely utilize any available injector drivers on your aftermarket ECU to drive multiple high speed valves or other fast responding solenoid. With this type of system where you are trying to run 30psi on pump gas you are going to want a progressive system that increases the flow at the jets along with the changes in the engine's load.

We're running a 2 x 1mm jet system with a shurflo pump at 100psi with a 50/50 water/meth mix. That's with 1300hp on 98 ron pump fuel c/w nitrous oxide.I'm sure that system will be enough for 1500hp.With a single plane manifold the 2 jet system sprays right across the plenum area, that's why it works so well. You can see how it works if you click on the link and then click the 8.39 link.

Thanks, thats really one fast 98 octane vehicle!
