flow meter still flows out of boost?!

Lately I have been noticing that after going into boost, and letting off the gas..the flow meter continues flowing...and slowly dissapears after a few seconds?? anyone ever seen this?

Which part of the world are you located? I wonder if it is to do with ambient temperatures. The FCM drive circuit may be responsible. Can you solder ?

I'm in Edmonton AB canada...it only seems to happen frequently when its hot out. what do i need to solder?
