HFS-2 to HFS-3 fail safe no flow bars

I had an HFS-2 and it worked fine. I recently went to 1000cc injectors and an HFS-3. I need to know if I need to adjust threshold and gain. Also I'm not getting any flow bars. And my fail safe is kicking in. Need help. Thanks.

I am getting the appropriate green F-IDC.

If you are using 1000cc injectors, the injector duty cycle will be low. Can you put the jumper link to FDC and tell me how many bars you are reading.

I was only reading one. I jumpered the fav and sys to purge the system. Jumpered the bar and it was only showing 4 bars. Adjusted the bars. Went for a test drive and it all works now. Thank you!!
