2012 STi install questions

Hello everyone, new to the site an Aquamist. Just ordered the HFS-4V3 today. Just want to get everything in a row before I tackle the install. Does anyone have any install recommendations, wringing diagrams I could use? Also I know the V3 has an aux input what do you recommend hooking up? EGT? I am also looking for the fail safe info, not looking forward to soldering.

Soldering is not to difficult, just a small solder iron kit. You can send it to me and I can do it for you, you just pay the return shipping.

You can either hook it up to OE IAT sensor or 0-5v EGT sensor (signal conditioned). One other useful function... the v3 can also compensate high inlet temperature by adjusting the water/meth flow automatically.
