Hi
I would like to seek anyone's help on setting up the system correctly.

Background:
I’ve installed the system, wired failsafe to run Tephra Alt-map
On the Controller unit, I have all the jumpers at the default position.
SC was adjusted to display 6 bars at manual test
WH was adjusted by turning it full right (CW), jumper in M.TEST "SYS" (100% spray), then turning it to the left (ccw) slowly until the “B” light at the end of the gauge flashes or goes off
WL was left untouched at the 12 o'clock position

I ran all the steps “Preparation for a test run of the system” up until “setting up the failsafe”.
What I am experiencing now:
Car fired up and warmed.
“water injection enable button is on
“S” indicator is on
“w.injection” and “water level” indicators are off
Q: Shouldn't the "w.injection" indicator be on? It suggest the system is ready to inject?

As soon as I was running with roughly 50% throttle
“S” indicator is on,
“bar graph” does not move
“B” is flashing
“water level” indication came on follow by “w.injection” indicator on.
Q: why aren't the bars moving?
Why fail-safe activated with only 50% throttle?

What am I doing wrong?

Any suggestions are welcome, thank you.

It did on pre-v10 gauge version. Newer gauges use this led for failsafe indication.

As soon as I was running with roughly 50% throttle
“S” indicator is on,
“bar graph” does not move
“B” is flashing
“water level” indication came on follow by “w.injection” indicator on.

It appeared you have not set up the failsafe properly. If it cuts boost, the bar will not advance further.

What am I doing wrong?

Any suggestions are welcome, thank you.

Thank you Richard.
I tried turning anti-clockwise the WL down to around 10 o’clock. Things are the same.
When I am at around 70-80% throttle, B flashes a bit, bar graph did not move, followed by both “W.injection” and “Water level” LED lighting up. Any suggestions?

If the bar bar did not move, you may have a partially clogged nozzle. This will trigger the failsafe, hence the two yellow leds lit up.
