View Full Version : p0245 and no display on gauge

hi richard. hoping you can help guide me in solving these issues. read manual, went through your search forum here as well.
installed wiring as per diagram. doing quick start and just “water level” comes on for a few seconds nothing else on gauge. also getting p0245 code (white wire tapped to ecu end, brown to other end). checked grounding wires. both red lines posie to brown/red wire. this is for 2017 wrx

i had put up this post and send you an email 3 weeks ago regarding my issues and not one reply! so i had to pay installer and he had same issue. he tried calling you and going to your site, but the phone call does not go through and website button pulls error message. where is the support for your product?

The system was made in 2016, has it been in the same car since the first install?

Question:
Is the system now in a 2016 wrx, does it have a DIT FA20 engine?

no its in different car (2nd owner). 17 wrx so for DIT FA20 engine.

Can you post a picture of the top and bottom of the circuit board (well hi-res focused) here. I like to see the configuration.

1. Who is your installer, his name and company
2. Phone call always go through in working hours We are in the UK
3. What email address you/he used? I need to look back.
4. post a screen shot of the error message of the site.

I just looked back on m,y mailbox.

You sent me an email on the 15th of May and I replied on the same day.

i did not see that reply in my email or junk section. that is unfortunate. i have sent you email at richardl address with the pics u requested. car is with me now so any advice would be great

The error message screen shot regarding the website you emailed me did not contain the full URL, try inserting www. in front of aquamist.co.uk

I got the phone number and only the topside of the controller. It is not very high resolution.
Who installed the system?

Found the problem, a damaged cable.
