Hi Richard,

This Fahad from Dubai. I'm using aquamist hfs-4 for my Golf R Mk7. I had this fault code P2563 since one month. I tried to clear the code by deleting it, removed the battery and finally disabled the fail safe from the jumper but still the code pops up once i turn on the ignition. The aquamist and the car are working fine. I had a small problem that my car goes to limp mode once the it starts spraying the Water Methanol but its not doing that anymore, and recently i found out from the logs that i had a small boost leak and i fixed that. Any idea what would be the problem for this code P2563? I read a lot about it and shows that the actuator is not working properly so please could you confirm it before i start taking out the turbo and i have the latest version of the VCDS.

Is this a recent event or since the install of aquamist?

Yes actually its a recent event, It wasn't there. Does the failsafe interrupt the actuator signal?

I got something new today.. instead of implausible signal, i got high voltage signal and the was p2565. Do you think it's something with wiring or the actuator sensor?

if you disable the failsafe by linking DFS, you can then isolate aquamist from the rest of the system. If it is still showing fault, it is not aquamist, look else where.

I cannot work with too many things happening all at once.

It's ROW CJXB.. It seems like the wastegate need to be recalibrated. I'm taking the car tomorrow. I'll update you.
Note:- i disabled the failsafe but the code is still there.

In that case, it has nothing to do with the HFS4v3.1 system. Please do update
