Hfs4 for Ford, reconfigure for mini r56 jcw n14

Just purchased a 2018 hfs4 from eBay last used on a Ford Focus ...
I Want to give it a new life on a mini N14 jcw 2012

Is it possible to plug and play with some simple changes to the control unit,
or have I purchased a can o worms
