Emails go unanswered for months at a time even when emailing multiple people including usa parts. I understand covid etc but this has been a steady decline since 2018 or so.
I don't need tech help per say but I emailed about parts and entire system orders and I have bought 5 systems over the years from ERL and 3 from Howererton when he was the stateside vendor before shit hit the fan on that alliance.
