View Full Version : System 1s on Volvo V70R
I have Volvo V70R ('98/18T/MT/FWD), it is tuned with Chip / Downpipe / Exhaust / Airbox and it gives more then 300 bhp. The car is running on 1.2 Bar and the gasoline I use is alway's 98 RON (or 100 RON when I am in Germany)
- How can I calculate which nozzle I should use?
- What should be the mixture water/methanol, 50/50 or less?
- Can I expect other problems, after installing the system
Thanks
Charles

Hi Charles, formula's can be found in this forum to calcutate the nozzle size based on fuel injector size.
I have a T4 (same engine as yours, just lacking one cylinder and with a smaller turbo  )
I use a 0.5 nozzle but haven't upped the boost too much yet.
No problems, but I advise you to install a dedicated reservoir.
I never use more than 20%methanol because I also use the stuff to clean
my windscreen.
BTW, seen this:
http://www.volvospeed.com/volvo_performance.php
go to "Modifications", scroll down and check "Aquamist" for installation
instructions in a volvo 850
