Heet, packaged in the yellow bottle, is about 98%, methanol. Heet, in the red bottle, is isopropyl (rubbing alcohol).

I looked at an MSDS sheet for Heet, and it listed ingredients as 99% methanol, and 1% proprietary additive. This is for the stuff sold in the yellow bottles. ISO-HEET, sold in red bottles is Isopropanol.

I've been using it myself for the past couple of weeks and am very happy with it. I'm running approx 75% water 25% methanol. Not a bad price either, I picked up 2 cases (24 bottles) for about $14 US. :D
