Have a friend here locally who is a Brit, and his brother narrowly missed being involved thanks to a change in his normal travel route.

Thank you for your kind thoughts, it is one of those things that we have to endure when the modern society is becoming more complex.

I think the target was badly directed, ordinary people on the street has no say on "going to war" decisions.

It was good luck for the chap that changed his daily routine but bad luck for those who also changed their daily routine for the worse.
