i was going to tap the throttle body itself sorry for the confusion. i just wanted to make sure there was no siphoning problem on these systems.

Next to the throttle may not be the best place as droplets can quiclkly be taken out of suspension when they make contact on a surface. This will decrease the rate of vaporation several folds.
Put the jet at the exit of the SS is not a bad idea. |

m y boss got ahead of me and went ahead and tapped the throttle body and put them in front of the throttle plate at an angle if that doesnt hepl explain it ill take a picture of the actual throttle body

It is always possible to plug it up with the supplied jet adaptor plug. Ensure the the full spray pattern is not affected by the angled installation.

Why not speak to A&A ?
Putting the nozzle AFTER the air charge temperature sensor is not a smart idea. Its best for the ecu to see the temp change. As for lowering boost, that is very easy to achieve. Just block or vent the signal line to the air bypass valve or BOV ( using a simple solenoid ). If this doesnt have boost pressure applied to it, it will simply blow open causing a very sudden boost drop. IMO putting the nozzle where you have, is far from ideal. |
