"B" Led coming on before spray starts

The B led on the gauge has been coming on before the system starts to spray, the system sprays as normal once the threshold trigger is reached but because the B illuminates before the system triggers it trips the fail safe because the gauge is not seeing any flow. I have tried all settings from MPS,IDC, P/IR, all on/off etc.
If I turn the threshold all the way to the right (4pm) the B still lights up at the same point and stays lit, it is like the system is expecting to see flow at the same point regardless of settings, like I say once the threshold is reached it sprays as normal and works well but I am left without a fail safe at WL because I have to keep the WL pan pot basically turned off.
Any thoughts?

Failsafe needs calibrating. You can either:

1. set the THRES higher
2. set the WL lower (counter-clockwise)
