My meth injection stoped working need help pls
 

Hi richard i have the old verion 1 basically today it stoped working completely so meth gauge is always showing full bars and if you trying to drive it it goes to limp mode on test mode mode it goes up and down in spraying testing mode it sprays is it dead completely or still there is something i could try? Here is pic car on idle car is not spraying just bars are all the way up also here is how my box is set its connected to the injectors

As much as I like to help but there are no more replacement parts for this system, over 10 years old.

It appeared the flow sensor module (no longer available) has lost a ground wire, this will make the gauge display in full. Check the cable is not broken or shorted along the route to the engine bay.

Would newer version of flower sensor would work so i could buy it?

The decoder is in the controller now, so it will not work.

I suspect the wiring. Can you measure the voltages of the four top pins on the right side.

I did continuity test from controller to both front sensors wires are fine also all good to the relay and motor in the back what else could i try?

I did meassure top 4 on right side so top 2 12vfs + and - are at 14v when car is running sensor v and c shows 2.9v

This is a fault on the top two, it should read 0V.

Take a hi-res picture of the underside of the circuit board. I suspect there is a broken or burn out track. If this is the case, you can repair it quite easily.
