Need some help on custom setup

Here is a few things and questions my setup will need.

1.I need a lower cost compact pump that is lightweight and has a low amp draw max draw is 5-6 amps

2. With a 50/50 or so mix I need some sort of oil that will mix with it. AKA 2 stroke system

3. If I have a intercooler is a pre turbo setup a bad idea because of water droplets collecting?? Mainly looking for faster spool up and getting more octane out of 94 pump gas.

4. For your info this will be on a small 900CC two stroke engine spinning 8200rpm. After 8psi I need a race fuel mix of about 108 motor octane at 12-14psi HP is 240-260 area

5. How do I figure out the nozzle and or GPH needed for my system

Thanks for all your help.

1. A flojet pump LF12222 series.

2. Most water/alcohol compatible pumps do moy like oil.

3. It will depend on the charge temnperature and ambierny temperature. In most cases, you uonly use a smal amount of water on a pre-turbo setup.

4. I think ~75-100cc/min per 100hp is quite effective on 108 octane. 100-150cc/min with lower octane. (M50:W50 mix)

5. We normally based on fuel flow:
- 100% water = 10-15% to fuel ratio
- M50:W50 = 15-20% to fuel ratio
- 100% methanol = 20-25% to fuel ratio. (requires fuel trim)

1 GPH = 3.85/60x1000 ml/min
1 LPM = 60x3.85 GPH
