WMI set up qestion

hello this is my first post.
so I will introduce my self.
my name is Maurice from Holland this is my car.

its a 1.9lt TDI 8v engine working at 2 bar's of boost.(29psi)

I was never satisfied with the power band and I try to improve it ever sins.
this is one of the mod's to lower intake temp.

from what I have understand 175ml / 250ml per minute.
is the best amount for my engine ?

my idea was to work with 2 nozzels.
one after the intercooler / for intake temp sensor 175ml per minute.

and my other idea was.

or

here I want to place a small nozzle.

what is the difference between these 2 ?
and is it o.k for street use with intercooler ?

and for the first set up, how fast does the erosion go on the impeller using a small 60ml per minute nozzle ?

hope you have some answers for me before I start installation.

Sorry didn't see the post.

I was looking at the picture it appears you can lean the diesel out a bit and apply water.

There are no right or wrong with pre-turbo injection. Position of nozzle do help the erosion of the compressor blade.. There are mixed views on this.

ha,ha that was an other engine.
what's your opinion over nozzle position ?

and do you know anyone hoe had a street car with pre turbo WMI.
and how long the turbo lasted ?
one month, a year ?

Re: WMI set up qestion

the 10th of March my tdi will go on the dyno.
there are small differences in the set up of the engine compared with the printout seen above.
a higher compression and back to the original shape of the combustion chamber in the piston are the biggest chances.(still lower compression than stock)

now the engine is also equipped with snow performance stage 2+.(used)
its a kit originally used for a gasoline engine.(150psi)
richad L made me a custom 50 / 60cc pre turbo nozzle, thanks for all the good advise and service.
I al so inject 2 x 100cc post intercooler.
my mixture is:

-1000cc of demineralized water.(hope that helps the erosion problem a bit)
-800cc of methanol.
-200cc of ethanol.

I can feel that it works, but I always want to measure how much .
if you got any tips for optimizing my mixture, please let me know.

here 4 photo's of my system after 28 hours of work.

Re: WMI set up qestion

i had tested my car on the dyno.
but the results where not good, as you can see on the dyno sheet.
torque in low rpm did improve.....but my turbo had to much ware in the journal bearings.
and the compressor even had contact with the compressor house.

http://i58.tinypic.com/1zw0whh.png

so the red curve is on diesel and the blue curve is with WMI on !!!
even I had a bad dyno run and I had to replace the turbo.
my question "does my WMI system work ? " is answered.
my tuner was amassed by the result with WMI.

well the turbo is replaced but I do not want the next step to be a bigger turbo.
so I am going to build a turbo compound system.
it has far better response.

this is a example from a system like it.
http://www.dsmtuners.com/attachments...ge-jpg.264114/

one of the biggest disadvantage is the heat it produces with double compression of air.
I was thinking interstage pre turbo injection.(injection before each turbo)
has anyone seen some one do this before ?????
I want to know if it's a good idea because there is no room for a intercooler in the second stage.(low pressure turbo)
and I do not want the heat of the first stage eider to compromise the heat of double compression V.S the heat produced by a single stage turbo by the same boost.
some were between 36 / 43 psi.
