HFS-6 install problems 04 WRX

I have a few problems with my install. Everything is 100% wired and I have an engine code P0245 turbo wastegate solenoid "A" low, the gauge doesn't turn on besides the yellow light staying lit, and here's a pic of the module:
All green lights are on. Engine bay yellow is off. ECU yellow flickers. Trunk yellow is solid on.

1. Trunk yellww means the water level sensor is closed circuited. Make sure the lever arm is pointing up when tank is full.

2. The gauge will not come on until the trunk yellow led is off. You should see the yellow led on the gauge stays on.

3. you can avoid engine code by setting jumper link to "DR ON"
