Meth and aluminum

Looking to add a .3 nozzle in the location provided by Vortech on the volute and spray prior to the cooler. The path is about 7.5 inches and I will run 75% meth. There is an aluminum core inside the cooler and I am concerned the meth may slowely eat at the aluminum. Should I worry or not ? I am guessing the temp at the Volute is in the 200deg F range.

It is unlikely the meth stays long enough to do cause any corrosion under boost. I believe you have a PWM valve system with instant shut off.

alot of people have been running up to 100% meth in the rx7 world and other than an extremely clean intake tract no one has reported extreme corosion with meth. although storage they say can be an issue like in the tank but nothing post injector...
