2002 WRX with 2d Aquamist System
 

A customer/friend had us install a APS DR725 Front Mount (largest available)
and Aquamist 2d water injection System.
The STi 2.5 short block with stock WRX heads, compression around 8.8:1
running 12 degree of timing along with extrude-a-hone exhaust manifolds.
UTEC is the engine management system utilized on this car.
The previous dyno tune netted 333 whp & 340 ft-lbs @ 20 psi
the turbo spooled around 2800~2900 rpm.
and the post install tune netted 375 whp & 394 ft-lbs @ 23 psi
with 17 degree of timing. Even with the gi-normus fmic the turbo
spooled at 3200~3400 rpm.

Here is the before and after dyno plots.
The final dyno pull was done after road tune.
And Delta Dash was used to measure the output.

but what turbo?

I believe it is a TDO5H-18G
