HFS-3 problem :(

I have just installed an HFS-3 kit in my '97 M3. I'm having an issue with the flow bar graph showing full flow with the car idling, no flow is actually happening. When I unplug the yellow cable the bar graph shuts off. I have tried plugging in another new yellow cable away from any other wires and it does the same thing do I believe it is not an induce noise issue.

I had all cables connected and here is a picture of the board with jumper configuration....

Any help with this would be appreciated.

It is most unusual.

I have a couple of questions:

Do you know the history of the controller?
This is a brand new system on a fresh install?

This is a used kit I bought (which I regret buying now).
This is a fresh install.

I need you to send the controller back to me for repair. We don't charge for repair if there are no physical damage. You just pay for the return shipping. Post office is reasonable bit takes longer. For my record, please tell me the serial number (bottom left of the controller board.

Since we have not changed the wiring, you can purchase a new controller and update the system to present. pm me.

The serial number is 10131. I have sent you a PM with more details etc.

How much is a new box? My car has been off the road for months and this is the last thing that needs to be sorted out.
