Best configuration?

Hi folks!
I run an Erl2D in my Opel Speedster 2.2 TurboConversion by Gruber. My maximal boost is 0.6bar. I used the middle-size jet to inject directly above the throttlebody. Mixture is 50/50 water/methanol.
When injecting, i feel a loose of power. without WI the engine responds better. Am I injecting too much water? How much can I increase the boost without risking too much? Are there other things that could be wrong?
Would a pre-turbo injection be better for my configuration?
Many question from a newbie, hope you can answer some..!

Thanks a lot!

It would be a good idea to know what a/f ratio you are running for your conversion. You can do a simple check by looking at your spark plugs and tail pipe. If you see a great deal of black deposits, it means you are running very rich already.

Injection more liquid into an already rich mixture will guarantee power loss. Please let me know the results of the checks and hope I wil be able to help you gaining power instead of loosing them.

Hi Richard!
As far as i know, my a/f ratio is lean in middle revs and rich in upper revs...

can i somehow adjust the injection depending on the revs?

thanks,

michael!

I wonder if you can a trim your fuel map first before applying water injection?

How does you fuel controller work?

I think i can not modify my ECU.
Is there any possibility to configure the WI in a way in which it is just cooling down the air without making the mixture too rich?

Greets,

michael
