Electonic TCS and WI? Any risks

I run a 2D system in a 20v Turbo golf. I am halfway through installing a traction control system that cuts fuel, based on a supplementary ECU that taps into the ABS system, monitors slip and cuts the injectors to reduce slip.
What are the risks if any, considering that the 2D system taps into the injector cable? Should the injector pulse reader wire from the WI be before or after the splice for the TCS?
Please advise
Thanks
Will

I have a question, how does the traction control cut the fuel?

If it just open circuit the pulsed wire, connect it to the TC end (fuel injector) and not the OE ECU end.

The Racelogic traction control system taps into the ECU pos. and neg. wires for each injector between the ECU and the individual injectors. Similar to F1 TC as it first appeared in Ferrari and Williams.

I was worried about running lean, your suggested way sounds like teh best option. Will try it and advise back to this post.
Thanks Richard
