ems for WI

What EMS do you use for your water injection.
I have been told that there are ways to control it through the haltech but am not familiar with that system.
Any info on how it is run and calibrated?

There is a lot of variability on the controlling mechanism being used in different applications.

I am no Haltech expert but I expect that applications that use a Haltech utilize one of the injector drivers to control the water injection duty cycle similarly to the fuel injectors using rpm and MAP load as references for the water injection duty cycle.

Hi,
Im using a megasquirt ECU, it can be programed to have one driver output that controls the fuel injectors and the other to control water injection, fully mappable for both. Im actually using both outputs to control 2 sets of fuel injectors in sequential mode. Im reprogramming the ecu to switch on water at set points, i.e. boost, Manifold air temp, revs. There are many people reprogramming this system for specialist applications and im sure that one of them would suit your needs. It cost me under ?300 to build including a wideband lambda sensor,
Phil
