Re: AUDI specific wiring diagrams...
I did a little research, audi S3 turbo has many many engine codes:
1.2 TFSI (2010 on ) ........... CBZB 1.4 TFSI (2007 on) ........ CAXC 1.8 TFSI (2007 - 2008) ....... BYT/BZB 1.8 TFSI (2009 on) ......... CDAA 2.0 TFSI (2004-2008) ......... AXX/BPY/BWA/CAWB 2.0 TFSI (2009 on) ............. CCZA 2.0 TFSI (2006 on) S3 only ................. BHZ/CDLA 2.5 TFSI (2011 on) RS3 only ................ CEPA Which one is yours? |
Re: AUDI specific wiring diagrams...
BZC001301 is written on engine bay.
So which one is the proper one I can't figure out. Do you have any idea? |
Re: AUDI specific wiring diagrams...
I working on them. Only recently I realised how many variations are there. Luckily the engine mangements stay pretty constant.
It is just as simple easy to splice it at the fuel injector rather at the ECM. I would welcome anyone who can submit any useful ECM pin out to help. |
Re: AUDI specific wiring diagrams...
Hi Richard, I'm going to install the HFS-3 on an audi s2 ABY, and my question is if you know what wire I need to cut to install the fail safe, boost cut, and what wire is the inj#1
I think the signal inj#1 that I need, It's pin 36, is it right? For the boost I have a external MAP sensor, because don't want to weld one wire on ecu, do I need to cut the boost signal wire and intercalate white and brown wire after blue wire?? http://i151.photobucket.com/albums/s...ps80b9cddc.jpg I attach you a little scheme of the injection http://www.s2central.net/S2_Schematics/B/B73-04.pdf Thanks! |
Re: AUDI specific wiring diagrams...
I was thinking about the fail safe and what I wrote was bad...I think that I need to cut and intercalate the aquamist wires between N75 wire, pin 33, because It's what control the boost, open and close the wastegate
http://www.s2central.net/S2_Schematics/B/B73-05.pdf the boost and injector signal I think it's good |
Re: AUDI specific wiring diagrams...
Yes, you are 100% correct.
White wire to pin33 and brown wire to N75 |
Re: AUDI specific wiring diagrams...
Ok, thanks Richard, tomorrow I will test it
|
Re: AUDI specific wiring diagrams...
Runs perfect on the test!!

Re: AUDI specific wiring diagrams...
Thank you for the feedback

|
Re: AUDI specific wiring diagrams...
I will check, I am sure it can.
|
Re: AUDI specific wiring diagrams...
I will be thankfully if you make sure :)
Special thanks sir |

Re: AUDI specific wiring diagrams... 2.7T

W0w been a while, but I'm going back over my wiring and wanting some clarification. Diagrams for the 2.7T Audi's have a white and orange wire to the N75, but in actuality it's white and brown from the HFS-3. Also the diagram shows the Blue wire to the MPS/MAP Sensor, but the documentation shows us using the orange wire. "http://www.aquamist.co.uk/HFS3/manual/HFS3-v3.0w.pdf" Page 18 So there is some confusion (again since it's been a while since I hooked all this up and just trying to validate everything since I'm getting a n75 short to ground for some reason. I think as of right now there is a yellow, orange, black wire out of the ECU RJ45 connector that are not being used. I'm very hopeful that Richard is still up and kicking!! Thanks Tory |
Re: AUDI specific wiring diagrams...
The N75 wire should be brown and white, not orange.

And then regarding the use of blue wire inside the diagram but the aquamist docs show the orange? (this darn Orange wire, nothing but trouble :)) Thanks Tory |
Re: AUDI specific wiring diagrams...
There are eight wires in the grey harness, One of them is brown.
The brown and orange looks very similar on some computers. So look deeper. |
