Jet not spraying

My kit was bought new and install Jan 2016, MR2 turbo

I have recently replaced the turbo (from GT3076R to GTX 3076r) and had a remap.
Was working fine up 3 days after the map then suddenly it goes into fail-safe everytime i WOT when its meant to spray.

I am using 50/50 mix from Devils mist

My setup
Link G4 Storm controlling water injection
N.B My pump is only actives with a switch i have on the dashboard. I only switch the pump on when i am going WOT driving
Pump is in the boot

Checks i've done;

Pump check, removed the 6mm hose from the FAV and did the purge check. The pump was working fine.

Tried to test the jet - jumpers in FAV and the other in SYS, no spray at all
I tried to adjust the WL and WH again, putting the WL all the way to the left and WH all the way to the right. Still the fail-safe kicks in.

Is it bad for me it just turn on the pump when i want to driving WOT and then turn it off when gentle driving?

If there is a blockage in the 3mm tube/jet how would i clear it?
I've bought a new 1300cc FAV and its in transit.
The new turbo is much more efficient than the older turbo, work this be the issue?

One annoy thing is, i've been called away for work for a few weeks so cannot do anything till i get back

Many thanks in advance

Re: Jet not spraying

Applied 12V on the FAV and see it clicks. Sounded like a broken red harness.

Re: Jet not spraying

Please elaborate Richard, The red harness? i.e. wires going from the FAV to the controller?

With the drivetrain layout of my car things are a little harder to get to. Is it just one wire that could be broken?

Re: Jet not spraying

I understand now Richard, I've ordered a new red harness just as a precaution. So i'm not waiting around when i return back from work in a few weeks.
I will relocate where this harness is, so it is better protected

Many thanks
