Tap/thread size to add 4mm fitting to direct port manifold

I have an Aquamist 6 cylinder direct port manifold. I should have checked earlier but I want to order some parts this morning. I am going to add a 7th jet to the manifold (on the end cap on my lathe) to feed a 0.3mm jet at the compressor housing of my turbo setup. I believe its an M5 thread yes? Does anyone know the pitch so I can order a tap set?

Thanks,
Jon

The aquamist jet thread is M8 x 0.75mm
You can order the tap from : www.aquamist-direct.com

If you have room, it is better to order a 1/8NPT jet adaptor. The 1/8NPT is quite common in the US, so save yourself a few dollars by not ordering the M8 x 0.75mm tap (quite expensive)

Thanks Richard - I am actually trying to add a port on the other side, away from the injector/nozzle. I do have a 1/8 NPT adapter for the position at the turbo but since I have a 6 cyl car, 6 port direct injection manifold, and adding a 7th injector at the turbo, I need to add an additional outlet on the manifold. Here is the part I need to attach:

4mm to M5 compression fitting. Just not sure if its M5 x 0.8 or M5 x 0.5

Do you have a 6-port hex manifold already? The 7th jet can be installed at the blanked-off end, you just need a 1/8 to 4mm fitting. I also recommend an inline checkvalve to stop the fluid commutating between the two location.

I have a 6 port already yeah. I already have an extra M5 4mm compression fitting so I'd really like to install it but I only have a M5 x 0.8 tap set so I just wanted to see if that was the right size. I have check valves at each nozzle and the 7th nozzle is your new check-nozzle in 0.3mm size.

A 6-port manifold has 6x M5 and 2x 1/8 BSP (each end, one is blanked off). Why don't you replace the blanked off end for your 7th jet? All you need is a 896-397 fitting.
