Does anyone else out there actually run these systems on circuit race cars ? (See also above postings).

Re: Implementing boost/ignition cut

Hi Richard......a couple of things......

a) Flow meter. This was working as well as it can on my system but really the signal output / measured flow is too sporadic to be of any practical use. I was using the output to trigger additional advance and less fuel (when flow was detected). Trouble was whenever the WI map dropped off the WI injected areas at low boost, it took ages to show flow again then back onto boost and water was injected again.

b) I've had a bad off and fire so need to replace the push in 4mm outlets on the pressure monitoring block but I can't see them on the site. Are they still available ?

a) What is the serial number of the flow sensor? Some can be clean and serviced.
b) Push in connector has been replaced by compression type a few years ago. Push-in fittings have a tendency to leak after a few years of service.
