HSF-3 VW Jetta GLI Install Problem

Hello, I'm having an issue with this system. Everyting is wired correctly and I am getting powers and grounds where I need them, but as soon as I turn the key on the system starts spraying. Any ideas? This is my 8th aquamist system install and the first one I'm having problems on, thanks.

Cost the wiring diagram you used.

Wiring may be correct but the wiring diagram may be wrong.

The car is not direct injected but has aftermarket 1300cc injectors. Used the DI harness and everything worked as normal.
