The Greddy turbo kit is not one of the most capable kits for the S2000. It's probably the "lowest" power kit. But the advantage is the CARB certification so no worries for passing smog - that was my original intent. I couldn't leave it alon so now it's not CARB approved since I modified it
Good results with the HFS-3 on a somewhat mild tune. I didn't want to spend too much time and $$ tuning until I get my new AEM standalone ECU. I decide to change the HydraEMS because the tuners here are not too familiar with it.

HFS-3 works beautifully with the Hydra ECU. I have map switching and failsafes integrated into the ECU from the HFS-3 map switch output
