0. Can you remind me what system you are running. I believe it is a HFS-3v1 ?
1. What is your fuel injector size and what water/mehtanol ratio
2. If you have a restrictior in place, you flow will be limited by the restrictor. 0.45mm does not flow 50% of one 0.9mm jet. Check the jet flow table on the user manual.
3. There will be some dribble if there is a distance between the FAV valve and jets. Tp minimise the dribble, shorten the hose of create a loop on the hose below the valve level so gravilty will help keeping the line from emptying.

If you have two nozzles, water will commutate between the nozzles due to partial pressure differential. You will see bubbles in the line as the air displaces the water.
