Is this also true for the hfs4?

Would this be 0.5v = 0% flow and 4.5v = 100% flow?
And I think more importantly can units for flow be better calculated by a procedure similar to finding the max flow during set up. Something like:
-remove jet from intake.
-Set unit to test. Collect fluid for set time (10, 30, or 60 seconds).
-Measure amount of liquid and log voltage on pun 6.
-create new voltage vs flow map .becomes .5v = '0 units of measured liquid per duration of test' (ex. 0cc/minute) and the voltage measured during the test is now equal to 'amount of liquid'/'duration of test time' (ex. 500cc/minute)

Does that seem sane? Or is the max flow at 4.5v in an amount/time unit already known?

Thanks!
