Wow! That's indeed 'back to the basic'.
And it makes perfect sense.

I've also heard of some companies provide "custom-make" shocks.
I guess it's working in similar way.

However, here in my country, sadly, the car part market is not so "full-function". How I envy you!

There are indeed some common parts for cross-model applications, but those are mostly within same brand, similar models (for example, several generations of Civics are the most popular here, thus lots of parts available for them & many common ones exist).

And, like I said, Fiat is fading out the market here. Not very many Fiats are running on the streets. This makes my chances very few.

To make things even worse, I'm kind of picky in the balance between ride & handling, so the choices are narrowed down one step further.

Oh well, I deserve. I push myself into the corner.

Thank you guys anyway. At present, the shocks on car are not dead yet. I still have some time for searching... :wink:
