Looking at your pics I just realized something. The air is turning a sharp corner right where you are injecting water. Since the water vapor weighs more than the air it may not make the corner and just end up on the intake manifold wall. This might be the reason you don't see any EGT reduction and minimal power gain with the water. If it is hitting the wall the metal is cooled and not the intake charge. Moving the injection point farther up stream may help a little as the water will have more time to evaporate and cool the intake charge. I noticed you might have point on the turbo that you could tap out and put the injector. Its not much farther from the corner but it may help get the spray a little farther from the wall before it has to turn the corner.

Does anybody think this is correct or have suggestions?
