test points:
TP #5 ........... Steady 12V, system start signal.
TP #11 ......... 9V internal reference
TP #15 ........... 5V internal reference
TP #16 .......... IDC signal. voltage should increase with stabbing of pedal.
TP #20 .......... Trigger setting
