C is atmosphere, hence the dust guard in first pic
A connects to the intake manifold and B connects to the bottom port of the "SC bypass actuator". The electric connection on "A" side faces the back of the car. The coworker that was supposed to help me with the car took off before lunch so it will be after work before I can tell you the connections, although from the pic it seems like there is only two.
