Default Just double checking the math....

Hey everyone, I'm getting ready to install my Aquamist HSF-6. I just want to run by everyone how I plan on running it. I also want to run the math by everyone. Ok here we go!!! By the way I'm using the information from the manual and from Howerton Engineering.

I'm running 950cc injectors, 50/50 Mix of Water and Meth, and 26psi Peak boost

950 X 4 = 3800

50/50 calls for 20% of fuel flow

3800 X 0.2 = 760

add 10% system losses:
760 X 1.1 = 836cc

The new pump runs 165psi, subtracting 26psi Peak Boost gives you 139psi ( I rounded up to 140 ). Can I do it that way or does it have to be exact?

So with that amount of required injection I'll need to run a dual nozzle set up. Looking at the chart provided I'll need to use a 1mm ( 548cc ) and 0.5 ( 284cc ) for a grand total of........ 832cc total injection.
Not quite 836, so here is a question for everyone. Should I run as close to the required cc or should I run over that amount and limit it down some how?? Also I want to run the nozzles with the 1mm about 16-18inches from the TB and the 0.5mm at 12 inches or so. Ok I think thats all I got let me know what you think, and hopefully this all makes sense im not entirely sure it even makes sense to me!
