We are pleased to offer an upgrade program for the HFS-3 system up to HFS-4. The HFS-3 and 4 share the same hardware, so the system can be upgraded by changing the controller. This controller upgrade will be on an exchange basis only, meaning you must send in your HFS-3 controller to receive an HFS-4. The cost to obtain this upgrade varies depending upon when the system was purchased.
Below you will find the cost guidelines and serial number cutoffs. If your system falls in a group by SN that differs from the purchase date, a copy of the invoice will be needed to grant a change in pricing classifications.
The upgrade will occur during the month of May. We will ship in the order of the signup. At the end of May upgrades will no longer be done.
