There is something strange about the SC setting. It rarely needs to maximum. The B light should go off if the iDC is below the trip point. Unless the "WL" is set too low.

I am in Alberta, Canada. Customer is in a different city. I'll have to look in the manual to see what this y-piece is.

Customer had spoken with Jeff Howerton and was told that it has something to do with the electronics not scaling well at relatively low flow rates and that there is a fix that requires a modification of some sort in the controller board.
