Most of my time is spent on supporting the other half. 50% of the problems arise from the initial installation and the other 50% is tracking down system detorioration due to bad installations.

Ok thanks, I am noticing a trend though. The system functions as normal during night time when it is cooler. It starts acting up during the day time. So the heat is affecting either the control board or the flow control module. Is the flow control module supposed to make a loud vibrating noise when the temp is hotter ??
