Assuming is can sustain 30psi at a reasonable efficiency, 200bhp is a achievable goal.

As diesel power is directly related to quantity of fuel injected. You can start as follows:
1. Increase fuel flow (just as the black smoke starts)
2. Increase boost until no more black smoke.
3. Repeat 1 amd 2.
4. At all time keeping the EGT in the region of 850C

Fuel can be increase by:
5. Upping the rail pressure (budget tuning device)
6. Increase the "on time" of fuel injection duration. (More advanced tuning device)

There are plenty of scope on 6 if the enigne does not rev too high.
