Default Aquamist worked, but not after re-install

Summary: My Aquamist worked, I took it off the car, then re-installed, now it doesn't work.

Stuff: I have an older "kit", that includes the race pump, HSV, Manifold, and the relay.

I'm controlling the WI with a Split Second AIC.

I verified that the 12v switched power is still getting 12v power.

I verified that the HSV still works (it clicks when I blew in the vacuum tube of the Split Second).

I verified that the inline fuse is good.

The only thing that doesn't seem to be working is the pump.

What am I missing???

All I did was cut the wires when I un-installed it, and to reinstall, I just connected all the wires again.

I'm stumped.

Is there a way to make the pump run like a diagnostic just so I know the pump is still working?
