vacuum injection
will this work on a deisel, I use it on all of my gas vehicles 53 harley 45 servicar, 71 lincoln markIII, 53 power wagon, 95 dodge ram 4x4, 01 pt cruiser, 92 dynasty, and others that I have done for friends using the Ron Novak method of vacuum injection. Can this be done in the same manner on a deisel? if so where can I hook it up towards the manifold? Has worked very well on everything that I've put it on, my 95 ram is up towards 4 mpg, 10 to14 mpg really makes me smile, and seems to improve with every fillup. I use a similar mix to what I've seen posted here and can only imagine that a deisel makes vacuum the same as a gas motor, if I'm wrong tell me. thanks for sharing this site and have a great day. George

diesels try not to make vaccume no throttleplates to slow the incoming air down and all that. add that most modern diesels ar turboed and you hav a bit a a bind trying to fins a spot with enough vacume for that sytem, also preignition is not a problem for diesels so they gain less.

I think that's wrong, Turbo-Diesels just love water injection...

yes Diesels like WI especially with methanol added, but using manifold vacuum will not work on a diesel, you will need to use some sort of pressurised spray system.
