Default What to use for charge cooling?

So I just bought a 660cc turbo vehicle called the Daihatsu Move.

It?s not much in the performance department, but more for power with economy. I want to make sure that the power stays there when it?s 30 degrees Celsius and the AC is running I don?t think I need much nozzle, but I am questioning where the best place to put the nozzle would be is, and if I need a TMIC sprayer. The charts I have seen on other sites suggest .5 gph, so I was thinking that a 1 gph spraying the TMIC and a .5 after the IC would be the best way to do it. A solenoid and a momentary button to spray the IC with the pump at full power while blocking the after IC nozzle, and spraying both when activated by boost. I don?t have a way to tune the car, and don?t want anymore power, just want to keep what it has.

Questions
1. .5 Nozzle placement. Before turbo, before IC, or after IC
2. Is the intercooler sprayer worth the jet purchase?
3. What mix of water/meth?[/url]
