Re: Peugeot 207 GTI - HFS4 Finished Tomorrow
well that's good month or so had the system running, what a system! awesome!!!!
so so glad have got proper aquamist system in the car now, aiding performance and engine protection on the carbon build up. few pics here: location of control box wiring thru bulkhead on drivers side fitted understand its preferred to be boot install Richard, so looking to make a cover for it to protect it. speaking to Karl who also has a 207 with this kit, he suggested neoprene cover? should I cover the full pump, certain sections, wiring? cheers |

Seal the cable gland from water ingression asap, if it is not too late already. I have mention this many times.

It is a very clean install. Many congratulations.
Did you have the car tuned for more power?

Re: Peugeot 207 GTI - HFS4 Finished Tomorrow
Yeh very happy with it. Sealed the pump the other day, fuse relay is tucked away so shouldn't be any issues there.
Car running 280bhp now, 175bhp standard. 1.6litre engine Yeh we prob gained around 10bhp with it in mid revs, tbh more using it for protection on the build up for the inlet valves this now along with some rear PCV alterations. The hybrid turbo is slightly restricting power now, but think taken car as far as I want power wise now, had big bills on it this year it's piston rings going and turbo seal also so time to enjoy the car and its aquamist system!!!! |
