Also what does that Summer part mean? Can you make it run from your intercooler sprayer tank or what one comes with the kit?

"Summer" is short for a twin injector signal "multiplier/added" for the RX7.

The kit does not come with a tank. A good tank source is US plastic Corp, about $12.00, caps sold separately (~$3.00).
