Default HFS-3, testing flow rate of 0.6mm jet.

I have an HFS-3 kit. The system is fully installed with the exception of the jets. I tested the jet flow rate by setting the SYS jumper on the HFS-3 controller. I placed a 0.6mm jet attached to a length of 4mm hose into a measuring cup. I ran the pump for one minute and measured the quantity of water at 370cc. I was expecting a much lower flow rate of ~ 250cc. Am I doing something wrong? Is my testing method incorrect? Is my expectation of ~ 250cc/min incorrect?

I saw you post at the NASIOC. Please post a well focus of the top of the jet. It is near impossible.

Sorry for the cross-post, let's continue the conversation there. I've posted the picture.
